People say that the most expensive of all caviar, and indeed the world's most expensive food is 'Almas', from the Iranian Beluga fish. Actually, I am currently using globalseafoods.com/products/white-sturgeon-caviar-1 which is the best caviar for me. It's tasty, all eggs are full and I can add to any dish that I want. But the favorite one is small canape with butter and caviar. |

I think that red caviar. I heard that it was sold for 2000 dollars per kilo.
