Stevie Wonder would disagree with you. He produced and wrote some of the Lynda Laurence recorded leads during her tenure with The Supremes. These are stored in the Motown vaults and will eventually get released along with Lynda's Jazz recordings, which are exceptional. Stevie did no such thing. He only recorded Jean Terrell singing lead and a partial Mary Wilson lead. If you want to know what Stevie thinks of Lynda's singing. In December of 2013 when Mary Wilson was presenting her huge Holiday Spectacular along with the Four Tops in Chicago and Diana Ross was playing opening act to Mariah Carey at a wealthy house party in London, Lynda was backing Stevie up along with 15 other singers in his "Songs in the Key of Life" concert in LA. She was so far back and at the end of the row of singers, the person videotaping it could not get her in the same shot as Stevie! He probably didn't know that she was even there. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I work for Motown / Universal in their remix and release music department along with my colleague Andy Skurow and we have heard the Lynda Laurence leads on the Supremes recordings, produced and written by Stevie Wonder. These recordings shoukd be remixed and released along with Lynda's Jazz recordings in the fall of 2018 or spring of 2019.

It wasn't huge you stupid old cumbucket. The balcony was closed for the entire run due to shitty ticket sales and they were TRYING (unsuccessfully) to sell seats on the floor for $6 BITCH. The show was a fucking FLOP! Cancelled performances, Groupon 2-for1, 3-for1, 4-for-1 and they still couldn't get people in there. aunty mary is a loser and she and old Duke allowed their swollen egos to overreach beyond their piss poor dwindling fan base. Minnie Wiltkin and Dook Fuckir always trying to keep their names alive but no one knows who the fuck they are anyway. They are so Forgettable, that's why she always introduced as mary wilson of the Supremes. and he's always introduced as duke fakir of The Four Tops. "Huge Holiday Spectacular" LMAO, huge my fucking ass. Ladyman Hector, Please SISSY, you're so damn crazy you believing you own fucking lies. I'm pretty sure the Hitless old HO went down on old Duke's 85 year old dick backstage, between canceled shows, trying to get him hard but it didn't work. Remember no talent HO mary Walliams slept with this piece of crap Fakir while his wife was popping out babies. That old slut slept with anyone who would have her and she still couldn't get a hit record, Vegas contract, decent TV gig or movie role LMAO. If that little theater in Chicago had a stripper pole mary wilson was ridding it backstage. That pole was the only thing that stayed hard night and day, and it couldn't say no to mary like old Duke did.

I don't give a fuck who you work for, There are no recorded Supremes songs, records or demos with Linda Tucker/Lynda Laurence/Lynda Lawrence/ Norma Lewis singing the lead recorded by and for Motown Records! And who gives a fuck about her Jazz recordings when she is a complete unknown in America? Prove it! Why are we even talking about this one minute Supreme, this do nothing bitch? Prove it!

The Truth, that's all you ever have to do with these guys is ask a common sense question. I don't even have to go into how unpopular that chick was at Motown, just ask the question why would Motown release shit on her but not expand one Four Tops or Temptations classic album. Hmmmmmm......

Like you, I am also about the truth. Give me one marketing angle they could use to sell a "Lynda Laurence Sings Jazz" recording? Were there big name Jazz musicians used? Who is Lynda Laurence and what does she sound like? You better hope no one goes onto Youtube and check out her singing with the FLOS. They are not going to buy, they are going to barf!

I just went to YouTube and she is a simply a loud singer not much else in here voice for me. I was looking at various Supremes reunions and I will be darned if I could find one where both Jean and Lynda are together. What's up with that? Do they not get along? Was there a falling out?

Relevence is very subjective my friend. Lynda's jazz recordings are excellent as are the Supremes leads she recorded with Stevie Wonder. Andy and myself are scheduled to meet with Ms. Laurence in early December to duscuss the accompanying booklet. Stevie Wonder has agreed to write the introduction to the booklet. I think many Motown fans will be very pleased with this release.

I have just spent the last few days reading posts in many of the threads in this free forum, and I use the term 'threads' very loosely. This place has the most reprehensible members posting the most disgusting things about Mr. Gordy, Ms. Ross and Ms. Wilson. Please take note that Motown / Universal, Mr. Gordy and music attorney, John Frankenheimer have been forwarded a link to this forum and The Federal Trade Commission have also been notified.

Is that why Lynda Laurence quite the Flos? To become a famous Jazz singer? I heard she was kicked out because, like Diana Ross, she can no longer sing!

OMG what is she trying to do, she can’t barely sing. Somebody needs to talks to her soon. That jazz show on the internet was quite embarrasing. My oh my.
