Should I do yoga? I am thinking about starting a yoga class, but I have doubts about whether it is right for me. I'm not very flexible, have no experience with yoga, and I'm afraid I won't be able to do some of the exercises. I'm also wondering what the benefits of doing yoga might be and what the health risks might be. I would like to hear from experts on the subject.
