As if anyone even recognized the old hussy! Diana Ross can go stand in the middle of Times Square, today, the way she looks now and no one would know her. She'll just get ran over by a taxi. [ Taxi anyone lol!

Is that even a hair style anymore? I don't see any other women walking around looking like that with their hair all over their heads like it's neither been washed or combed in several weeks.

The key word is washed! Something is obviously wrong with this woman. A family member presenting themselves in public like that would be a source of humiliation and concern for the average citizen, let alone a former superstar. No one is touching this woman - even Oprah. Ross doesn't have to worry about going out in public and being hounded by fans or the press. Those days are over. No one cares anymore.
Ross can tour forever on her Motown legacy. The most work she can get is a small venue a month. More and more she will stoop to playing luncheons and corporate functions and cruises and festivals. She will do good business in NYC, and CA. One year this will stop.
In the span of a month Bluelocks posted he was concerned that there would be even sufficient interest in his book about Ross and the Supremes, and then he posted he is being offered BIG MONEY - MILLIONS to tell his story.
Oh, I better be careful and stop pressing buttons or Bluecocks with blow this thing wide open and shatter our illusions once and for all.

Oh, I better be careful and stop pressing buttons or Bluecocks with blow this thing wide open and shatter our illusions once and for all. Let me clarify this once and for all. Diana continues to get offers of record deals and has done so for the past few years. There are a couple of labels that want her to record "standards" albums in the vein of the great American Songbook. This is what Clive Davis had her in mind for. He made Diana a more than decent offer for a 4 album deal which she came quite close to signing, but she felt that the market was already over flooded with veteran artists putting this type of album out so she backed out at the last minute. Davis has subsequently returned with similar offers. She has also been offered deals to record more "current" material with the younger and trendy producers which is of much more interest to her, but here is the stumbling block. Diana would have to travel around the world to promote the product and then undertake an extensive world tour. Those are the conditions, and Diana does not feel like she wants to take on such a commitment at this stage in her life. She is happy to tour the USA and undertake the occasional private gig overseas, but she enjoys spending time with here family and does not want to be away for months at a time. She does not need the money, and she is unlikely to change her stance on this. Alicia Keys wrote some songs specifically for Diana whilst Will i am has expressed a desire to write and produce for her as have Nile Rogers and Pharrell Williams. Justin Timberlake attended one of her gigs last year and practically begged Diana to let him write and produce for her to no avail. It is very unlikely to happen folks, and the only person who can make this happen is Diana herself, but she will not agree to the conditions. I hope this clears up the matter once and for all. My advice? Enjoy her back catalogue and enjoy the occasional unreleased songs on the expanded editions. The forthcoming Ross78 looks especially interesting.....

He is not being offered millions and the last publication that focused on the Supremes that sold to general public was Mary Wilson's "My Supremes" magazine published and released several years ago. She has a coffee table book coming out which will probably sell as a gift item.

Is he senile? The market was flooded standards and cover albums, so she released an album of cover versions of worn out, played out oldies. Did we really need her version of Only You by the Platters?
Clive Davis would not sign Ross. Ross was pursuing him
Even TLC, which has more possible market appeal than Ross, could not get a deal and had to rely on free funding to record their upcoming album.
Ross could not get a contract and EMI would only sign for a one album deal. EMI is where Bluecocks worked with Ross from 1988-2000 distributing her flop Motown albums in the UK.
Ross has been touring non - stop for 10 years, taking every gig she can get. She advertises on the internet that she can play your private functions and corporate events.
Ross even said on the final Oprah show that she would like to be recording a new album "BUT THEY WON"T LET ME."
Bluecock you are a liar and full of shit!

Seriously her voice is barely acceptable. She puts forth very little efforton the stage. Somebody is lying. And yes others have put out the great American sound book. However, they can sing. Where is the proof that there is all this interest in producing Ross?

Bluecock you are a liar and full of shit! You are 1000% spot on and Blueblock is a lyin' ass if he says anything different! You hit point after point of the truth! No one has been pursuing Diana Ross. Diana Ross had been pursuing Clive Davis for a deal beginning in 2004! He rebuffed her because he did not need or want her. He had Aretha, Dionne and Whitney Houston, what the fuck would he want with a non-singing bitch like Diana Ross?

Bluecock you are a liar and full of shit! Blueclocks worked with Diane between 1988- 2000 after her career as a popular recording artist was over. To me that is insignificant. She wasn't even getting played in America during those years to this very day.........

All that they are doing is re-releasing that old shit from 40 years ago on her to help her pay some of her bills now. It is not going to sell to the general public.
